William Thomas Chapman, 78, of Brandon, FL, passed away Friday, May 17, 2019. He is survived by his sister, Mary Anita Hendrickson and brother in-law Richard L. Hendrickson of Seminole, FL.; one nephew, Scott Prather of Valrico, FL; a great niece, Alexandra; great niece, Dr. Natasha Quinn, and great nephew, Matthew; also surviving is his niece, Christine Rabel of Valrico, FL; 2 grand nieces, Sarah Rabel of New York City and Stephanie Rabel and grand-nephew, Stephen Rabel.
Mr. Chapman graduated from Stonewall Jackson High in Charleston, WV. He was in choir and a choral group and studied in Art. William moved to Washington D.C. and worked as an amateur artist for several years before moving to Brandon, FL. He retired from Wal-Mart in January 2019. William also was a member of the Baptist Temple Church, W.V.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 22nd, from 1-2pm, with a funeral service beginning at 2pm at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, Seminole, FL.
