Such a great guy! RIP my friend!

My sincere condolences to the family and to friends of Zach Euse. Zach has provided outstanding electrical work for almost every one of my construction projects for over ten years. I admired his tenacity and adherence to Code. His ethical professionalism and kind heart will always be cherished and remembered.

As EO Seattle’s  Admin, I had the opportunity to work with Zach regularly, and I came to truly admire him—not just for his leadership, but for the quiet strength and generosity he brought into every interaction. I’ll miss our Tuesday meetings with him; he was such a steady presence—always approachable, never said no to a request, and just had a way of making things feel calm and doable.

When I first met Zach, I found him a bit intimidating—his nonchalant demeanor gave off an air of mystery. But it didn’t take long for that impression to shift. Beneath that strong exterior was someone incredibly kind, friendly, and quietly supportive. He never made a fuss but always showed up with grace and thoughtfulness. I was even asking workout tips from him!

I still remember meeting him at the retreat in Bend and I expressed how much I was in awe of him. Over time, I found myself quietly thinking,  that wherever life takes me in the future, Zach is someone I’d want to keep a connection with.

Sending the family love and strength during this incredibly difficult time. Please know that Zach made a lasting impact, not just on members, but staff alike and I feel truly grateful to have known and worked alongside him.

Although I wasn't with Exact for very long Zach's kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression Zach really cared about his employees and business. He's definitely gone to soon and will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace my friend

Zach and Frank have shown me true brotherhood. This picture is us hiking out of a gnarly hole and Zack (gym bag in hand) got “whooped” from the heat. Not all our trips were perfect, but the imperfections are what made it most memorable. -Pivot brother!

I don’t know if I was one of Zach’s best friends, bet he was definitely one of mine.

I’ve been working here at Exact Electric for 7 years now. Zach was a great boss and always gave me people opportunities. I started out on the field and now I’m an Estimator/Project manager, I wouldn’t be where I’m at in life if it wasn’t for Zach. 

Zach will be missed greatly.

Zach will be missed. He was a great guy and I learned a lot from him.

Zach is greatly missed by us all at Exact Electric. I’ve started working for him as the office manager in 2016. The business has grown tremendously since then, and I’ve always admired his dedication & commitment. He was a great boss & through the years working with him, he’s been a good friend as well. I’ve always enjoyed hearing about his adventures & the pictures he’s shared. Most of all I miss his kind nature & laugh. Rest in Peace Zach, we miss you.

I meet Zach through BNI as we were both growing our business. It has been exciting over the years watching him grow Exact, and seeing the care and thoughtful approach he took and then his great success. 

More than that though Zach was always a friend - generous with his time and thoughts. From sharing new ideas to discussing how to deal with a problem he was always 100% there, engaged and supportive – wishing for others success to match his own.  

I shall always be especially grateful for the time he took to mentor my son.  But that’s Zach, I always knew the door was open, and whenever we met he was quick to share a smile or a success. Zach was a great guy and I shall miss him.

Zach Euse was a hell of a guy who lived a big bold life to the max. I’m so grateful to have known him and miss him tremendously. Truly, one of a kind and irreplaceable.
