Thomas Scott Newell, of Seattle, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Tom was born October 11, 1951 in Renton, Washington. He attended Wedgwood Elementary School, Eckstein Middle School, Nathan Hale High School and the University of Washington. He is survived by his wife, Leslie, daughters Kelsey and Maura, son Thomas "Mick", sister Kathie, aunt Margaret and his dog Colby. Tom loved the University of Washington Huskies, boating, tennis, and skiing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Seattle Children's. A memorial service will be announced.
