Robert Marshall Scramlin, age 97, of Kirkland, Washington passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023.
A Celebration of Life for both Robert and his late wife, Thelma, will be held on Saturday, September 16th, at 1:00 p.m. at Joy Lutheran Church, 10420 SE 11th St, in Bellevue, WA.
