Donna F. Johnson

Donna Faye Johnson was born on October 29, 1934 in Dover, Oklahoma. The Lord lovingly ushered Donna into the unmatched splendor of her heavenly home on January 22, 2022, where three of her seven children, Ronnie, Gregory and Donna Kaye, awaited and joyously welcomed her presence. She resided in Monterey, California for 26 years after having spent the majority of her adult life in Seaside, California.

Donna loved to provide skilled care to elderly residents living in the Monterey Peninsula area, and she absolutely loved to entertain a wide and diversified array of friends over the years. She enjoyed vintage television shows, cable news, and classic films featuring African American themes. She also loved keeping her children abreast of things going on in the world wide Black community with her monthly purchase of Jet and Ebony magazines.

She leaves to cherish her memory four living adult children, Oliver Jr., Michael, Rochelle, and David, two living siblings, Delores and James, as well as 14 grandchildren and 23 great-granchildren.
