She was born on December 12, 1960 in Lubbock, Texas to Lyndia Tarrant and Curtis Wayne Tennison. Twila was raised in West Texas and graduated from Spruce High School in 1979. She married Peter Noonan in 1983 and the couple had two children. She was a Federal Reserve Employee at the Dallas Division, where she worked for over 8 years.
In her spare time, Twila enjoyed reading, coloring, driving, and watching her favorite shows on TV. Her family and friends will always remember her as a strong-minded and stubborn yet caring woman with a heart of gold and a smile that lit up the room.
She is preceded in death by her father, Curtis Wayne Tennison; her mother, Lyndia Waldene Tarrant; and her brother, Monty Weldon Tennison.
She is survived by her husband, Pete Noonan; her son, Camron Noonan; her daughter, Chelsy Noonan; her daughter-in-law, Jennifer Stephenson Noonan; her grandson, Logan Stephenson Noonan; and her pack of loving dogs.
She will be missed deeply by all those who knew and loved her.
