Mike is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Michelle Huddleston; Son, Brandon Huddleston and wife Karis; Daughters: Tonya Buker and Holly Rogers, the Baby Girl and Chewy the spoiled dog; his Mother, Bessie Huddleston; Brother, Danny Huddleston; Grandsons: Dalton Thurman, Joseph Boshart and Calvin Baker; Granddaughters in Love: Shyann Thurman and Makayli Sanderson; Great Grandchild, Hudson Boshart making his arrival in September; Sisters: Lisa Person and husband Mark Person, Terresa Frazier and husband Ronny Frazier and by several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Doyle Huddleston.
Mike graduated from Seagoville High School in the Class of 1977. He worked at North Texas Municipal Water District as Senior Inspector. Mike was a man of his word, shake-hand was the contract, he was an amazing Son, Husband, Father, PawPaw, Uncle and the most trustworthy friend a person could have.
Mike used to love to hunt back in the day. In the last 5 years he spent every night at least an hour on the phone with his mother and would tell her everyday what went on at work and updated her with what was going on with the family. Her and I could start a Pipe Company and know how to write up a bid, put the job in and finalize it. Mike was very dedicated to NTMWD and built bonds with so many men and women there.
MOST OF ALL HE LOVED HIS FAMILY!
May your passion for the Lord be an all-consuming fire: May sharing with others be your single, true desire. May knowing Jesus change your life as nothing else can do: May you find Joy, believing he has a plan for you.
“For I know the plans I have for you” declared the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29.11
