Pramilla Agnihotri

Pramilla Agnihotri of Gilbert Arizona passed away September 23, 2023. She was born in New Delhi on January 3rd, 1938. Feeling the need to see the world she left New Delhi around the age of 16 setting sites upon New york. While attending SUNY Buffalo she met her future husband Ram Agnihotri at an East Indian picnic. It was love. They married in 1966 and shortly afterwards had a daughter Pika and son Devesh.

They lived in Poughkeepsie New York for a decade then shifted to the boomtown of Tucson in 1980 as both were working for IBM.

The quest for the American dream led them to several cities eventually retiring in Austin. Upon the death of her husband and daughter, she decided to leave Austin and be closer to her son in Gilbert Arizona. Her last 8 years in Gilbert were filled with travel to India and Mexico.Throughout her life she had a passion for fashion and contributed many of her treasured items collected through life to various friends and family.

She is survived by her son Devesh Agnihotri, her other "son" John Kelly III, her son in law Sunil Idnani, grandson Ashrit Idnani and her beloved siblings Manju Sud, Bindu Chandra, and Valentine Nijhawan.
