Joan Myers, age 89, of Casa Grande, Arizona passed away on January 17, 2022. Joan was born May 3, 1932 in Pittsburg, Kansas to Evelyn and Carl Wood. She married John C. Myers and moved to Arizona in 1949.
Joan leaves behind 3 daughters, Bonnie Elias, Connie Clayton and Vickie Basko; 2 son-in-laws, Gary Clayton and Jim Basko; sister, Catherine McDaniel; brother, Carl Richard Wood; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
She is proceeded in passing by her husband John C Myers, Mother Evelyn Wood, Father Carl (Bud ) Wood, Sister Bobbie Beye, Brother Jim Wood, of Pittsburg Kansas.
A visitation for Joan will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 3:00 PM at Green Acres Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
