My condolences to the Baillie family. I worked with him at Motorola and the Jim you saw was the Jim you got. He was caring, considerate and a pleasure to know and work with. He left us much too soon.

Bob and I are praying for you and the family, Linda.  It will be hard to not see Jim's  smiling face every Sunday but we know that we will see him again in Heaven and that the LORD welcomed him with "Well done!  Thou good and faithful servant!"

I walk Jim to Asia Pacific customers and he passionately walks me the path of customer perspective, seeing through the eyes of customers, as we interact with customers. Blending humour in meetings (even it may be a tough one), turning the business relation organic.    Also,...remove the mayonnaise "contaminated" vege before consuming the burger.
