Howard Earl Parks Jr., age 90, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Howard was born June 11, 1931.
A graveside service for Howard will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
