Born in County Leitrim, Ireland on April 22, 1982, Eamon moved with his family to Scituate MA in 1988 and moved to Pembroke MA where he was raising his family.
He is survived by his two sons, Collin and Deaglan, his mother Mary, his siblings and their families, including Ann, Billy and Aimee, Susan and Victor, Geraldine and Ken, Jimmy, Edwina and Lenny, and Grace and Matt, along with many nieces and nephews, and all those who supported him throughout the last 2 ½ years including Kelly Taylor (Tooher) and the Feeney Family. He is predeceased by his father, Edward.
Eamon was a devoted father sharing a passion for hockey and soccer with his sons and loved attending their concerts where Collin played violin and Deaglan played trombone like his father and grandfather. Eamon was an avid camper, science fiction fan and self-proclaimed math nerd.
Eamon attended Scituate schools graduating in 2000. He embraced a lifelong passion for learning and engineering holding degrees from the University of Vermont, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and was a licensed Professional Engineer. For the last 16 years Eamon was proud member of the National Grid Substation and Construction Teams.
Visitation hours will be held on Thursday September 12th from 3pm to 7pm at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home in Scituate, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday September 13th at 10am at St Mary’s of the Nativity in Scituate MA. The family invites all to a gathering to remember Eamon at 344 Forest St, Pembroke, MA 02359 at 1pm.
