Tori was my first friend ive ever had and my only sister. I love her and I will never forget the great years of jokes, adventures, and making fun of each other like we always did. she was one of the most creative and unique individuals I have ever known. and she will never be forgotten.

Tori was such a beautiful soul. She was so unique, funny, and one of a kind. She was super artsy and creative, and one of the most free-spirited girls I've ever met. It's a shame I didn't get to know her better, because she seemed like a great friend to everyone around her. But the memories we have together I'll remember forever. <3 Rest In Peace Victoria <3

Tori was my beautiful granddaughter. She had the best smile and touched so many people with her personality. I will miss her so much but I know I will see you again . I love you Tori!!

Tori was a very special person and I saw so much hope for her future. She had a special brand of kindness and saw only the good in others. She had a uniqueness about her that will forever make us wonder what she might have become had she been given the second chance that most of us all get. There is now a Tori shaped hole in our hearts that only Jesus can fill and I will miss her so very much. I can't wait to be with you again Tori, I love you.

Tori was one of the first friends I made when I moved schools. I didn't think I was going to be able to make friends, but her smile and personality made my mind change in an instant. We grew further apart when high school hit, but when we would have time to talk, she always brightened the room with her smile and just by being her. I will miss you a lot, Tori. Fly high.

she was a good friend on the bus after school. she always made me laugh. the part that I am gonna miss about her is the good times that we had. and plus her makeup nobody else can do it the way she does it. RIP Victoria I will miss you so much I will remember the good times

I remember when we first met, our first day of fifth grade, and I shook her hand and who could've known then how much tori would impact my life. She was my best friend for a long time and I still consider her one of my closest friends. I love her very much and I will always miss her. We have so many fond memories I don't even know what to share other than my sorrow for the family.

I never had a chance to get to know you the way I had wanted.  But your family has become a big part of mine through my daughter.  You will forever be a part of all of us through stories, videos and the memories that they will forever share.  You touched many people and will forever live on in their hearts. I remember in 5th grade I moved and had to go to Ebeneezer elementary, Tori was my first friend I made there, she was always wonderful to be around, she got me into Pokémon that year and made that year at that school a lot better than I thought if would be, I don't know what I would've done if she wasn't there that year, thank you for being a great friend Tori just wish we would've stayed in contact more. Thank you God for blessing me with 18 years of this amazing, unique daughter of mine and thank you Tori for giving me 18 years of your life. You will forever and ever live in my heart and I will forever be your voice. We are the most loyal person I ever had in my life and you were the most forgiving person person I ever knew as well. Tori was a beautiful person, inside and out. She was taken from us too soon. She will be forever in our hearts, and greatly missed.

Though I hadn't seen her in years, I remember the cutest little girl, always very inquisitive.  Looking at her pictures, it seems that Tori marched to the beat of her own drum, and that's a good thing!  Seems like she was so artistic and creative, with a kindness that matched her quirky nature.  Such a tragic loss for all who loved her.  My heart goes out to her family, especially to Daryl and Stephanie, and Grandpa Vernon for this terrible loss.  May you find comfort from your memories in the days ahead. Love from the family.
