Paul R. Doyle Sr., 83, of 29 Jared Dr. White Plains, beloved husband and father, passed away at home Monday morning September 8, 2014, after a 2 ½ year battle with myelodysplastic syndrome. Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years, Joan and their five children, Paul Jr., Kathy, Mary Ann, Liz, and Greg, and by his 14 grandchildren.
Paul graduated from Williams College in 1952 and worked for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. for 34 years. He retired from William D. Witter in 2004.
Born October 19, 1930 in Orange, NJ, Paul lived in Scarsdale, NY from 1969-1999, where he was an active member of the church and community and was a member of Fox Meadow Tennis Club.
A wake will be held Friday September 12, 2014 at Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home from 2-4 & 7-9PM and a Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale on Saturday September 13, 2014 at 10AM. Interment to follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla NY.
