Joseph A. Todaro, born March 19th, 1946 on St. Joseph’s Day, passed away on December 22, 2020. Joe grew up in Eastchester, NY, raised his family in Scarsdale, NY and retired in Hartsdale, NY. Known as “Joe”, he was loved by so many and had a passion for life. Joe loved to be with his family and friends laughing and joking around. Joe worked hard for many years as an Electrical Contractor in Manhattan. Joe was very proud of his trade and had a successful career as the owner of 2 electrical contracting companies. Joe is predeceased by his wife, Helen Todaro (2003). He was survived by his daughter, Tammy Todaro of Norwalk, CT and his daughter Tracy Palmer, of Fairfield, CT, and Son-in-Law Jesse Palmer, and his grand-daughter, Lila Palmer (10), who was his pride and joy. There will be a private graveside service at Gate of Heaven cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital in his memory.
