Ray will be sadly missed.  My late husband, Fred and I enjoyed many years of "breakfast & bridge" with Ray & Mary.  Also have good memories of some dances at the Harmony Club.  Maybe best of all was going to see Chubby Checker with Ray & Mary last year and watching Ray dance onstage with Chubby.  Wonderful memories I'll always cherish.

Ray’s infectious smile will be missed!!!
I remember seeing Ray at many family functions over the past 30 years I have been friends with Ruth. He was always positive and always smiling.
His love of family was inspirational!!!
He took care of Helen with such kindness, compassion and grace! It was beautiful to watch but most challenging for Ray.
My last memory of Ray and Mary was a party Ruth threw at her house and Ray and Mary gliding gracefully across the dance floor. It was magic!
If we could all be so lucky to live the way Ray did then it would be a full and rewarding life of love, happiness and peace.
Ruth, Michael and Wanda you gave your Dad the peace and comfort he gave others in his final year. Be proud of the kindness and care you bestowed upon him. You were taught well.

One of my favorite childhood memories was going  to Disney World with my Grama, Grampa and my aunt Ruth.  I remember wanting to be 7 so bad when they told me we would go when I turned 7.  I wanted it so bad I probably wished away at least 1 year.  
My Grampa was always the most light hearted, you knew you were loved in his presence he never had to say it you could feel it.  
I will always remember the endless "tiny" jokes, there was always a tiny something on a tiny bike riding down Elsmere but no one ever saw it but him.
The coolest place to hangout at Grampas house was the Egypt room and in the basement with the TV remote that had a button for ever single channel, sitting in that 60s brown and orange pattern arm chair waiting for my Uncle Mike to wake up.
I used to love Grampas cars they felt like limos when I was a kid, and sticking to 80s theme, I can remember sliding back and forth in the backseat across the leather seats until Grama had enough.  
I will always treasure these and many other childhood memories.
I feel so blessed to have had my Grampa, I can only imagine the amazing father he was as well. I know he worked hard his whole life to provide stability, adventure, confidence, comfort and a loving home for his wife and children and later grandchildren to enjoy through their extension.
Sharing my most heart felt condolences and support to my Aunt Ruth, Uncle Mike, Aunt Wanda and my mom for the loss of an amazing man.  All the while getting to know a great joy of baby Brie getting to meet her great grampa.
I hope for nothing more than the greenest of golf courses, continuing to see and love all of us from above and a warm embrace from Grama as you reunite again.
