SAVANNAH – Carrie B. Miles, 81, of Savannah and wife of Mr. John Miles, died Monday, June 15, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
She was born on January 29, 1934 in Richmond Hill, Georgia, the daughter of the late George Williams and the late Annie Bacon Williams.
Mrs. Miles was preceded in death by two siblings.
She is survived by her husband, John Miles; daughters, Gwendolyn Broxton (Larry) and Audrey D. Jackson; son, Kenneth Miles (Grace); six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; one Godson and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 11 o’clock, Monday June 22 at Christ Memorial Baptist Church, 1023 Dutchtown Road, Savannah. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Abbey – West.
