Beloved father of Lorne Hooker (Bernie), Wesley (Pat), Brenda Ramsay (Ivan), Ken (Robbie), Diane Stanghetta (Art) and John. Grandfather of Ann Good (Kevin), Julie Edwards, Scott Syrette (Vicky), Natasha Syrette (Jeff), Maryann Ramsay, Lisa Brunet (David), Karen Wilson (Brock), Amy and James Stanghetta. Great grandfather of 11. Son of the late George and Ellen Speers. Brother of the late Robert (Georgina), late Violet Steinke (late Gilbert), late Bill (Barbara), Shirley Causley (Cliff), Garnet (Ann), Jean Snell (late Tom), Donald (Rosemary), Margaret Powley (Edward), Betty Elliott and Ellen Bonsor (late Bram). At Jack’s request there will be no public visitation but a Memorial Service will be held at the Elk’s Lodge (Bay Street) on Friday, October 21, 2011 beginning at 1 pm.
