Bryan Douglas Carter sadly passed away at the age of 77 on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, at Spruce Manor Special Care Home in Dalmeny, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret, as well as his two boys, Robert and Jason, as well as his grandchildren Lucas and Ethan.
Bryan was born in Eston, Saskatchewan, to Frank and Clara Carter, the youngest of ten children. He attended school from Grade 1 to 12 in Eston, Saskatchewan, and a year of University in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Bryan went on to meet a lovely woman, Margaret Thomas, they were married in 1970 and started a family together. They spent 13 years in Calgary, Alberta, raising their boys, until they made their way to Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan, where they lived from 1982 until 2005. They moved to Radisson, Saskatchewan, in 2005, and lived there until they moved to Borden in 2019. In 2022, Bryan was placed into the Spruce Manor Special Care Home, where he remained until his passing.
Bryan enjoyed playing around with tractors, loved playing games like Kaiser, Crokinole, and Canasta. He enjoyed many nights of laughter and board games with family, friends and neighbors. Bryan had a life of love, laughter and family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
