Brittney passed away tragically on March 25 2015 in Saskatoon SK, at the young age of 18. Brittney was born on August 31, 1996 to her parents Suzanne Gargol and Everett Hillbom in Saskatoon SK. Brittney was attending Nutana Collegiate to obtain her Grade 12 diploma. She was smart, ambitious and hardworking, by balancing both schoolwork and employment since the age of 16. She loved her job at the German Cultural Centre and planned to further her career, by pursuing a degree in business management. Brittney loved doing outdoor activities with her family including snowboarding, camping and boating. She also enjoyed being fashionable, shopping at the mall, and showing off her attire to her large social network of friends. Brittney was adventurous, independent, strong willed and always spoke her mind. She was beautiful, vibrant, warmhearted, and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Brittney leaves to mourn her parents: Suzanne Gargol and Everett Hillbom; her three step-sisters: Courtney Hillbom, Tristen Hillbom, and Victoria Wickenhauser; her grandparents: Theresa Gargol, Judy Hillbom, Leo Gargol, Robert Hillbom; her great grandparents: Eva Bozek, and Vicky Chasky; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. A Vigil of Prayer for Brittney will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Both services will take place at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (211 Ave O South).
