Susan Helen Blackburn, age 56, of Sarasota, Florida passed away on Saturday September 8, 2018. Susan was born May 29, 1962 in Norristown, PA to the late Edward and Ruth (O'Neil) Freas.

Susan is survived by her daughters, Suzi Blackburn-Minahan (Andy) and Laura Blackburn (Josh Burkett); brothers, David Freas (Barbara), Michael Freas (Margaret) and John Freas (Wendy); and cherished grandchildren, Robert, Cayden, Lily and Addy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Thumper" Blackburn; brother, Richard Freas and sister, Ruth Amy Freas.

A gathering of family and friends for Susan will be held Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 1:00 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232.
