She was born on February 26, 1955 in Lenoir, Tennessee. Brenda retired after 42 years of service at the Sarasota County Courthouse.
Her favorite flower was the orchid. She was predeceased by her sister, Carol Keeley.
Survivors include loving daughters, Jessica Renteria (Gustavo) and Jaimie Segovia (Jorge); devoted parents, Stanley M. and Dixie J. Butler; brothers, Eddo Butler (Dannett) and Stanley Butler Jr.; sisters, Judy Ponbriand and Sandra Vankuran; and one precious granddaughter, Selena Segovia; many friends and loved ones.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 2, at 11 AM with reception to follow at Sarasota Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made in Brenda’s name to American Cancer society.
Brenda will be deeply missed and forever loved.
