William "Bill" Edward Wells

Bill is survived by his wife of 51 years Karen Foster Wells, two children Heather Bell (Ray), Jeremy, two grandsons Jacob Bell and Payton Bell. He is also survived by his Mother Marion Bridges Wells, sister Holly Wells Miller (Mark), two nieces Kailin Rotch, Ashley Tollett (Wayne) and several cousins.

Bill was preceded in death by his Father Clarence Edward Wells, brother Scot Wells and nephew Clarence F Wells.

Bill attended University Military School and University of South Alabama. He was President and CEO Rubber and Plastic Applicators where he worked for over 50 years.

Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed his hobby painting duck decoys. He was a longtime member of Chickasaw Methodist Church where he enjoyed working with the Methodist Men’s Club building wheelchair ramps and other outreach projects. He will be greatly missed by his faithful companion Cooper.

In lieu of flowers gifts may be given to the Chickasaw Methodist Men’s Club.

A visitation for Bill will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Chickasaw Methodist Church, 108 Lee Street, Chickasaw, AL 36611,funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saraland, AL.
