Irene Jones McInnis, age 95, of Saraland, died on December 31, 2012. She was a native of Castleberry, AL and a resident of Mobile County for the last 71 years. She was a longtime member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Mrs. McInnis was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Barbara Jones, her husband of 71 years, Dewey A. McInnis, three brothers, and four sisters. Survivors include two daughters, Jane (Harold) Crabtree of Saraland, Joyce (Landis) Parnell of Chelsea; one son, Dewey (Eva) McInnis, Jr. of Saraland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Thomas (Phyllis) Crabtree of Mobile, Clayton McInnis of Los Angeles, CA, Andrea (Glen) Carter of Ft. Collins, CO, Katrina (Wade) Smitherman of Helena, Susan (Lee) Hall of Saraland, Brian (Cheryl) Parnell of Robertsdale, and Ava (Russell) Harrison of Atlanta, GA. Other survivors include eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, January 3, 2012 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. Visitation will begin at 10 A.M. prior to services. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
