Diane L. Morris entered into heaven's gates on September 26, 2014. She was born April 16, 1954. She was from Spanish Fort, AL but was a lifelong resident of Saraland, AL. She was a wonderful, loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved her husband, kids and especially her grandkids. She was over the top constantly snapping pictures, planning events, and buying stuff for her grandkids. She loved to be in charge. She was a member of the Krewe of Marry Mates Mardi Gras Organization where she loved to help decorate any and everything, from the ball itself or to the costumes. Anyone who knew her, knew she would bedazzle, rhinestone, or glitter everything. The flashier and bigger, the better. She was a stay at home mom who cared for her four children and dedicated her life to chauffeuring them around from football, baseball, basketball, dance, track, school or anywhere else. She was the best grandma, always taking pictures and showing them to everyone, trying to be a second mom to them. She loved arts and crafts, taking tons of videos and pictures, spending time on the water, or taking trips with her family and friends. She loved to fish and enjoyed her coffee outside looking at the bears and deer in her back yard. She always was the one in the family to call if you needed the scoop. Her presence will be sadly missed because of her outwardly sweet loving and loud personality who always had the solution to the idea or problem. She was called home way too soon. She will be sadly missed by her husband, kids, grandkids, sister, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Doyle and Bonnie Langham. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas "Tommy" Morris; four children, Marty (Jana) Witherington, Thomas (Amanda) Morris, Kimberly Morris and Sherman Morris; one sister, Rindy Carpenter Langham; fourteen grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www. Radneyfuneralhome-saraland.com. - Arrangements under the direction of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL.
