Carol George Baldwin

Carol George Baldwin - a 91 year-old native of Satsuma, Alabama and longtime resident of Fairhope passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. She was a mother and a homemaker who in later years attended Mobile College working toward an art degree. She was also a past president of the Mobile Art Association.

Mrs. Baldwin was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin L. Baldwin; her parents, Rev. Melvin F. and Annie Lou George; sisters, Dawn Lister and Duveen Maddish; and grandsons, Travis and Benjamin L. Baldwin, III.

She is survived by her children, Benjamin L. Baldwin, Jr. (Jean), Jan Marie Sullivan (Terry), and Rev. John E. Baldwin (Cynthia); brother, Melvin F. George, Jr.; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Graveside services will follow at 11:00am at the Satsuma cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-saraland.com.
