Ronnie’s life was one of quiet persistence and personal journey which was not always a conventional one. He lived simply and often on his own terms, spending much of his later years in and around the Ventura community. Though life’s path led him away from family, Ronnie remained a part of the world around him in quiet, often unseen ways.
He is lovingly remembered by his devoted Aunt Madonna DumDum, Uncle Samson Thomas, his cherished cousins Demetrius DumDum and Gloria Carter, and his best friend since grade school, Michael Webber, who share an unwavering friendship with him through the years. Each carries memories of Ronnie in their own way, and his passing marks the close of a chapter that—while sometimes complicated—was uniquely his.
In honoring Ronnie’s memory, may we be reminded of the importance of connection and understanding. The family welcomes private reflections and encourages those who knew Ronnie to remember him in a way that is meaningful to them.
May Ronnie find the peace in passing that he sought in life.
