Micheal Reppas

Micheal Reppas entered into rest on October 31, 2024, in San Jose, California. He was a devoted father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his three children, son Arthur Reppas (Tiah), son Aron Reppas and daughter Angela (Rod) Shrader, grandchildren Ava Reppas, Lorelei Reppas, Angela Reppas, Julia Reppas and Brianna Shrader, nieces Elaine (Troy) Siegal, Julie Reppas and his great nephews and nieces, Chase, Morgan, Jenna and James. He will be remembered by his strength, generosity, kindness, and loyalty. He was proud to have served in the United States Army and was modest about his accomplishments; recipient of “The Air Medal” for Meritorious Achievement while participating in aerial flight. Devoted to the church, as a youth, he served as an altar boy and continued his service as an adult as a member of the Parish Council. He also served as Chairman of the Airport Commission and as a City Council member for Parks and Recreation. His wisdom and zest for life will be deeply missed.

Trisagion Service Thursday, November 14 at 7 p.m. at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 1260 Davis St., San Jose, funeral Service Friday November 15 at 10:30 a.m.also at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 1260 Davis St., San Jose. Committal Services to follow at Mission City Memorial Park.
