Rob was my go-to person in the office. I worked with Rob for over 11 years and in that time, we had developed a great working rhythm and I considered him a good friend. Rob was an exceptional person to work with, he had great work ethics, (a trait I respect).  He was enjoyable to work with him, always in a good mood, positive and very professional. He really had a way with people and seemed to be available to anyone and everyone as an emotional sounding board. Everyone loved him. Thinking of Rob, I immediately think of him wearing all black (his Johnny Cash tribute outfit), holding his Starbucks coffee mug, in his office and in deep thought about a project. However, no matter what project he was in the middle of he would stop what he was doing and give whoever was in front of him, his undivided attention.  There are some people that make work worth it on the dreariest of days—that was Rob.
He is missed greatly.

I'm saddened to hear about Rob's passing.  Rob was an amazing industry leader and one I could always rely on for a sound and honest opinion.  He will be missed!   My condolences to all he leaves behind.

Our heartfelt prayers and condolences to the family.  Rob was a   devoted husband, loving father, compassionate man, and a willing mentor.   I had the privilege to know him professionally and as a friend.  His work ethic was impressive but what stood out above all was his love for his family.

My Dear Cancer Sign Twin, I am filled with sorrow that you left us so soon.  You were truly special and I will forever miss our catch up sessions about fashion purchases, politics, family and just about anything. We laughed most of the time and sometimes got into it too.  Just like a brother and sister are supposed to do.
Your most impressive attribute was the way you loved your wife Nicki and your boys.  It was truly beautiful to see such dedication to one's family.  
You are truly irreplaceable.  Your dedication and hard work at FBA is not something easily duplicated. Rob, you will be forever in our hearts and we will never ever forget you.

Heaven has gained a true angel.  See you on the other side, my brother.  Love always to you and your beautiful family.  May God bless you, Rogers family.  I pray for your strength and peace.

Rob was a hard working, sincere , honest and kind person. We had many road trips together to job sites and meetings and during those times talk about our past, our families and our ideas. I feel very sorrow since I heard about his death and feel his absence with all my heart. He will remain in my thought and heart like my passed away brother. I wish his family specially his wife would tolerate such a big loss.      

It was always a pleasure to work with you, and talk now and then.  I always looked up to you and how hard you worked for yourself, your family and FBA.  You leave big shoes to fill.  This world lost a great man and heaven gained one.  Your pain is over.  Rest in peace brother.  Prayers for your family.

Rob was a great guy and always helped our projects and the college as a whole.  I have had the privilege of working with Rob for several years...what a great guy and true professional. Rob,
So many good times throughout the years, and I was so very fortunate to be a part of it.
I regularly recount all the trips, social events, golf outings and the many discussions regarding the next chapters in life.
We were friends from the beginning, business and personal all meshed into one over the last 25+ years.
I believe it was the little things.  Grabbing lunch on a too busy work day, listening to the Smiths in the car heading to the restaurant gave us both a mental break of nostalgia.  I cherish our last lunch on August 25th 2021.

You will be sorely missed.

I  was fortunate to know you for over 29 years!  You were always a gentlemen and was lucky to call you a friend and a great client. Even though we did not see a lot of each the last 15 months, it was always great to catch up and talk about business, family, politics and more. Rob you will be missed by all and especially the SCI family. 

Your contributions to the FBA organization will  be difficult to replace, but you have great partners to carry on. 

You will be missed and god speed to Niki and the boys .

"Handsome Rob" what can I say. You were like a big brother to me and the coolest dude. Thank you for the times when I needed an ear and you were there to listen and guide me in the right direction when I needed guiding.  The 5 years that we spent working together and the 2 golf outings that we were able to do will be cherished. You were a great boss and a good friend. I only got mad love for you my brother. 

My condolences to your family and loved ones.  I will miss you and your friendship that you shared with me over the years.    I will keep the memories of the wonderful manufacturer trips that we had to the East Coast--and my tortuous walking tour of Manhattan and the walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.  Peace

I had the Honor to work alongside Rob for well over 30 years, I consider Rob more of a friend than a partner at FBA Engineering.

 Rob was hard working individual that  has left a legacy at FBA  that will be hard  to mimic, Rob will be missed.
