William H. Jones, 82, of Sanford passed away on November 25, 2016 at Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs. William was born on May 6, 1933 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky; the son of John and Pearl Jones. He served our country proudly in the United States Army. William owned a glass business.
William leaves behind to cherish his memory; his children Frieda, David, and Henry, 10 grandchildren Kendra, Bryan, Tammy, Robbie, Chad, Steven, Justin, Danny, John David, and Michael, 18 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter Pam.
A funeral service will be held celebrating William's life on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Lighthouse Baptist Church, 6815 Markham Woods Rd., Sanford FL. 32771, with burial to follow in Oaklawn Park Cemetery in Sanford.
