Heather Larissa Kelsey, 30, of Quincy, Florida passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2016. Heather was born on March 5, 1986 in Pensacola, Florida; the daughter of Michael Belisle and Alicia Wilkins. She married Daniel Kelsey. Heather was a homemaker. Heather is survived by her parents, her children, and siblings, as well as extended family. Her husband passed with her. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Baldwin - Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel in Sanford. Funeral Services will be SUnday at 11:00 am in the funeral home.
