Claire brought me to her home as a dogwalker. I  was immediately struck by the kindness and love she gave to elderly Daisy Louise, suffering from doggy dementia.  After many months, she asked if I could assist her mother on Sunday mornings.  Claire had no idea that I had worked in an E.R. for 6 years and been a volunteer with a rescue squad for 10 years. She was intuitive.  
Claire was devout in her faith. A kind, devoted daughter and patient and caring of her students.  I will always remember her fondly.

My dearest Claire, although you are not with us in this physical world you are with God and The Angels watching over all who were so blessed to know you. We had walked a journey together like  so many that had struggled like us, but God saw fit to call you home for His most important purpose. I have so many joyous memories of spending time with you and your family during the holidays as your mom always welcomed me in like another daughter ; especially since our birthdays are one day apart 🙏🏼. I did not have a safe place other than my sponsor to share confidentially - but you and your mom always loved me and gave me that safe place….and although we had not seen one another in many 24 hours my thoughts of you as every November 23rd rolled around were right there in my Heart ….as they shall stay always . You are a child of God and shared that example with everyone. I was privileged to know you and may you rest in the peace you were searching for in this life. 

We will miss having you with us to help evangelize the college students.   May you be uplifted because of the many seeds you planted in sharing your faith.

Ms Summers, thank you for teaching Luca for the last three years at Premo. Thank you for holding him to your high standards we are so sorry you are no longer here with us.
