She married Richard Wilson in 1951 and they raised three children in Rochester, Hawaii and Tampa, Florida. Eleanor worked as a secretary in the local school system and at Rochester Institute of Technology’s School for the Deaf, which was a highlight in her career.
Eleanor’s life passions included her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, travel, time at the beach, participating in the dolphin watch program and any time spent on the water.
She is survived by three children; Debi (Harold), Pam (Paul), Richard Jr (Linda), three grandchildren; Adam (Cindy), Jared and Lauren (William) and four great grandchildren; Devan, Gavin, Dylan and Taylor.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.sandyspringschapel.com for the Wilson family.
