Pamela Ann Rodriguez

Pamela Ann (McMahon) Rodriguez, 58, was born July 25, 1958 in Wareham MA. She spent most of her life in Sandwich, where she graduated high school in 1976. After a long battle with cancer, Pam passed away at home surrounded by her family on February 2, 2017. She was truly a phenomenal woman, and deeply loved.

Pam worked in the medical field for over 20 years, most recently in the office of Dr. Ramon Espinoza in Sandwich, and at Beth Israel Deaconess in Forestdale. She loved fishing, boating, arts & crafts, gardening, sitting out on a hammock to read a book, and it was a routine of hers to go to Town Neck Beach every morning before work. Pam adored traveling. She went to Aruba and enjoyed multiple trips to Puerto Rico, an island she fell for and loved exploring. The beach was her happy place, and nothing meant more to her then spending time with her family.

Pam was the daughter of Richard McMahon (deceased) and Elizabeth Tevenan. She is predeceased by her stepmother, Thelma Burke who was like a mother, her loving husband, Carlos Rodriguez, six children, Anthony “T.J” (Cristyna) Otto, Michael (Jaime) Otto, Dana (Jennifer) Otto, Christopher (Mary) Otto, Jacqueline (Jeremy) Barboza and step children, Jesse (Luisa) Lyons and Rya Lyons as well as a niece Jen Trexel. She is survived by her sisters, Sheryl McMahon, Kathleen (Bruce) Driscoll, and brothers, Wayne, Glenn, and Timothy Burke. She enjoyed being surrounded by her 11 grandchildren.

Services will be held Monday, February 6, 11-1:30pm at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 154 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563. Followed by burial at Oakland Grove Cemetery on Shore Rd. in Bourne, MA.
