On October 22, 2002 Tiffanie Mae “Nini" Doctor Kin entered into eternal rest. Tiffanie was born diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder known as Carbohydrate Deficient Glycoprotein Syndrome type 1A. She persevered through this deficiency until her passing. Each and every day she fought a courageous battle with this disorder until she finally succumbed from its condition.
She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her father, brother, aunt, uncle, cousins, family, and dear friends, who took such wonderful care of her during her beautiful life and especially her last days.
Tiffanie was an amazing soul, who enjoyed shopping, traveling, and being surrounded by close friends and family. She loved to dance, sing and be a part of the crowd. What she really wanted though, was to fit in. To be a part of everyone’s lives like they were a part of hers. The first thing everybody could see as soon as they met her was her bright and radiant smile. Her smile was a constant beacon of her joyous nature and happiness of sharing her life with others.
Tiffanie possessed a radiant glow and an immortal quality, and seemingly nothing in life could stop her. She has shown me more courage than anyone I know. She has taught me a lot about the peaks and valleys of life, and how to persevere through all the battles she has gone through.
Matthew and I will miss the joy of being able to spend every day with her. She is one of the greatest treasures of our lives.
We know we all will miss her, miss her beaming smile, her vivacious personality, and her compassionate heart. Her soul will always be near to us, and we can continue to reminisce about the joy she brought to all of our lives.
She is survived by her father Leon, brother Matthew, along with aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Although her body has passed, her spirit will live on in all of us. Her smile will radiate through all of us. For however difficult our lives may seem at times, remember Tiffanie, remember her smile, remember her courage. She never gave up, she always just loved life unconditionally.
We will miss you but are so blessed to have been a part of your life.
