Mary, we were friends beginning with you Brother playing little league baseball back in the day . Then we met again at NASA. I  Aways couldn't to make a joke to you and And Alma to make you two ladies laugh and smile to start of the day. I'll always (crying now) that you got that red  car and said "John, what rims should I get this on?" Well  she got them, and she was riding fabulous.  Miss u Mary with too many laughs. 

My deepest condolences to the Family of Mary Valdez.  Mary will truly be missed by so many at NASA Ames Research Center.  She was a sweet person with a good heart and soul.  She was always pleasant to be around.  Mary was a professional who performed her job well.  She was well respected by many.  She knew what it meant to provide quality customer service.  I knew Mary for over 20 years.  I always enjoyed stopping by her office to chat.  She always had a friendly demeanor - made you feel welcomed in her presence.  This world has truly lost a good person.  We will miss Mary dearly, but will forever keep her in our hearts. 

I am so sorry for your loss, I will always remember my Comadre, for her kind and gentle character. The many times we shared lunches, snacks, our fears, watching the Mayans and talking about each episode the next day.

NASA has not been the same without you! I miss you so much!

Thank you for all the good times and great memories that will last me a lifetime, until we meet again!

Dear Valdez Family,
Mary was one of the first people I met in procurement outside of my branch.  Mary was so friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist anyone that asked her for help.  I will miss her Facebook comments, which seemed she really enjoyed doing.  I know Mary was proud of her family, she would light up every time she would tell me about something that one of you did. Mary was a happy, funny, and caring woman, always ready to help with a smile. It was a pleasure working with Mary at NASA. She knew her job well, and she was efficient and effective. 
We would share histories about our children, she was very proud of of Jessica and Fabian,  and the love of her life, her husband, Jessie.

My beautiful Nina. 
Ever since I was little , you’ve always been like a second mommy to me. All the memories. It’s crazy to think that I’ll never see you again here in flesh but I know that you’re up in heaven , watching over all of us still. Still keeping an eye out on things. I’m grateful that I got to know a woman like you in my lifetime. You were one of a kind. A special soul. And I’ll forever miss you. 

Life does not feel the same without you Mary. It will take a long time to heal the pain of not having you around us anymore.
It was a pleasure and a blessing having you in our lifes.
We are so greatfull for everything you did for us and everything you taught us.
You have accomplished your journey on earth with honors and now have a special mission up there, with the angels, knowing so comforts our hearts and will give us strenght everyday to continue with our lifes.
