Judith Anne Bennett passed peacefully on November 28th 2022 at the age of 80. She was born on November 18th 1942 in Long Beach, California to Basil and Alberta Ferebee, and grew up in an extensive family in Orange County, California, the eldest of 7 siblings. She attended Newport Beach High School and enjoyed spending time at the beach with family and friends.
Judith married early in life and with her two young daughters, Tammy and Kimberly, relocated to northern California, in the early 1960’s, settling in San Jose. Judith eventually remarried and gave birth to a son Christopher in 1968.
Judith‘s working life focused on service in non-profit agencies in the 1980’s and 1990’s where she met and later married Lee Bennett – a relationship that spanned over 35 years until her death.
Judith had a generous spirit. She loved unconditionally and had a deep love for her family. She had a pleasing and active sense of humor. She was an avid reader and had an abiding love for all animals, great and small. Those fortunate enough to have met or known Judith will never forget her infectious laugh, quick wit, and affable manner. She will be truly missed.
Judith is survived by her loving husband, Lee Bennett, daughter Kimberly Pierini of Aptos, son Christopher Guzzetti of Los Angeles, 5 siblings, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
