Josie P. Medina of San Jose, CA has passed away on Tuesday Nov 28, 2023.
Josie was a pillar of strength and the matriarch of her family. She had an overwhelming love for her family. She was a witty woman and had a way of making her family laugh. She met her first love Rumaldo Medina and married him. They worked very hard to follow their dreams. They settled in San Jose, CA where they bought their first home. Josie had the joy of having a very large family. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had a love for family time. Holidays would be filled with her family with many family traditions and games. She held her family together after the passing of her beloved Rumaldo. Her strength has been a foundation for her loved ones. She was a survivor, she continued to give of herself and to her family after the loss of several children in the last couple of years. Those that knew her, know that she continued to keep the strength and give back to her family. She will always be in our hearts and never forgotten.
She is survived by her children, Nancy Medina, Bobby Medina, Pat Ferrell, Ronny Medina, Julia Medina, and Ricky Medina. She is also survived by a slew of Grand Children, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren and many friends.
A Celebration of her life will be on Dec 13th 2023 from 10 am to 11 am.

Serving as pallbearers are Mario Ramirez, Michael "Mikey" Madril, David Ferrel Jr, Ronald Medina Jr, Frankie Madril, Johnny Medina, Keith Medina, Nichel Ojeda and Aurelio Medina.
