Debra Suzanne Smith

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debra Suzanne Smith, age 66, on March 27, 2025. Debra, lovingly known as Debbie, was born and raised in San Jose, California, where she touched countless lives with her warmth and kindness.

Survived by her beloved husband, Lester Vern Smith, Debbie leaves behind two sisters, a devoted nephew and niece-in-law, and a beloved niece and nephew-in-law, three great nephews and nieces who adored her, as well as her extended family and friends. Her family was her greatest joy, and she loved to spend quality time with them, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Debbie was a woman of many talents and passions. She found solace and happiness in cooking, crafting, and reading, always sharing her creations with those she loved. Her home was a haven of warmth, laughter, and delicious meals that brought everyone together.

Those who knew Debbie will remember her as one of the kindest human beings to walk this planet. She had a remarkable ability to spread love and light to everyone she encountered, leaving a lasting impression on their hearts. Her compassion knew no bounds, and her selflessness was an inspiration to all. Debbie was loved deeply by her family and friends, and her legacy will continue to shine through the lives she touched.

In honor of Debbie, we encourage everyone to live life to the fullest, as she would have wished for us all. Her spirit will forever be a guiding light, reminding us to cherish each moment and spread joy wherever we can.

A celebration of Debbie's life will be held on April 27, 10:00 - 12:00. Friends and family are invited to gather to share stories, laughter, and love in her memory.
