Judy Banks passed away on August 4, 2023 in San Jacinto, California. She was born on May 1, 1944 in South Korea. Along with her family, they escaped from North Korea and settled in Seoul, South Korea.
Judy met the love of her life, Donald Banks and they got married in 1963. Judy met Donald when Donald was serving his Army tour of duty in South Korea. She was a dedicated wife and loving mother. In her spare time, Judy enjoyed the outdoors. She loved camping and fishing. Judy had a passion for travelling and she loved playing Bingo. She was an amazing woman who will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, Donald Banks, her son, Paul Banks, and her grandchildren with their significant others: granddaughter, Jasmine Lee Banks (Leo Porter, her fiancee) and grandson, Brandon Banks (Joslin Loreto, girlfriend).
