Frances passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 9, 2017 in San Francisco. She is survived by her husband Roy of 53 years, sons, Darrell and Darren; grandchildren Janelle, Briana, D.J. and Jenna; brother Marshall (Lucia). She graduated from Washington High School and attended City College of San Francisco. She retired from the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency after 30+ years. Frances enjoyed watching Chinese opera and reading Chinese love novels. Memorial services will be held at Halsted N. Gray-Carew & English, 1123 Sutter St., SF on Sat, April 22, 2017, 1:00 PM.
