Miss you everyday, mom. I still hear your voice and I can still smell your face cream. :) I thank God everyday for choosing me to be one of your daughters. I know  how much you loved us. You were our 1st girlfriend, confidante, teacher and cheerleader. I never imagined how much a heart could hurt. But as time goes by, I know we'll survive and the sting will lessen. And when we think of you, the beautiful memories of our life with you will replace the ones that hurt. So many more good and happy memories to hold on to. I love you, mom.

CANT BELIEVE THAT IT HAS BEEN A YEAR ALREADY. I AM GLAD THAT THE FAMILY IS STICKING TOGETHER DAY BY DAY, IT MAKES IT MUCH EASIER. A whole year without you...  It seems like an eternity.  Thank you for teaching us the importance of Family, for without Daddy and my Sisters, I am not sure I could have found any strength this past year. I was so sorry to learn of Mary Lou's passing; to know that the Family is going through this difficult time. God bless you. Even though our paths have crossed only a time or two since the 1950's, I will never forget Mary Lou and Bingo's wedding day, she was so radiant and happy, and looked so very beautiful...she sparkled. May she sparkle in Heaven as well. Recall often the happier times, the special memories, and all of the great feelings of love you all shared with her. With sympathy and caring thoughts,

I feel so lucky to have had you as my Mother.  You were truly inspirational and showed us love in all that you did.  We stand united as a Family, holding each other up during these difficult times...  Poor Daddy, he doesn't like our ccoking!  
I promise to live my life as you taught me, and strive to make you proud...  I hear you each day telling me to take my vitamins, or rest..  Thank you for your love, giving me direction and forming all of us into the strong Women we have become...  I love you forever, forever I'll love you!!!

Marylou, I will miss you and your smile. I didn't see you often (just when I walked around the block sometimes) I remember when you worked at Ralphs many years ago. I am glad that I came to visit you at Christmas time. You always had a smile and you and Bingo always had time to talk to me. . I will never forget that my friend. I will miss you very much.

Mary Lou was a light to me, always laughing, smiling, yet a woman of great strength and dignity.  Wise, kind and generous.  She was a great friend and neighbor, most especially to my mom before she passed away.  Her legacy lives on in her beautiful daughters, who display her lovely traits.  She will be greatly missed, but is dancing in heaven now with my parents and the angels!  My prayers are with your dad and all of you!
