Born to Mary (Gonsalves) Silva and John Silva, Taunton, MA. Predeceased by his wife Marianne, son Joseph, and baby daughter Marianne. Survived by his daughter Judy Ocheltree (Scott), his sister Mary Daugherty, and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1140 Evergreen, San Diego, CA 92106. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Drive, San Diego, CA 92102.
