He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Teresa Lopez, of 49 years. His children, Jorge Lopez, Patricia Lopez, Gerardo Lopez. His Grandchildren: Yvette Sanchez, Antonio Bernal, Aracely Sanchez,

Daniel Lopez, Isabella Lopez and 5 great grandchildren. Siblings: Roberto, Francisco, Juan, Maria & Angelina.

Jorge was born in Hong Kong, China, on October 22,1949. As a child he moved to Mexico with his family to begin a new life. On December 30, 1972, Jorge married the love of his life, Teresa Lopez. They has 3 children, Jorge, Patricia and Gerardo. In 1989 the family moved to San Diego, California to begin a new lie and raise their children with family. Jorge dedicated his life to being the best son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, neighbor, and friend. He was a kind and thoughtful person. To know him, was to know a genuine, kind amazing person. He was loving, kind, caring, outgoing, humble and always kind. You could hear is contagious laugh a mile away. His deep laugh and kind eyes warmed the room and brought life into even the most boring activities. He loved to spend time with his grandkids and kids. He made every person feel like they were the most important person in the world. He was a great teacher and a dependable friend. His advice and guidance will continue to carry us through the joys and challenges that life has to offer. He left behind a lifetime of memories that we can celebrate.

A liturgy funeral for Jorge will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 450 Corral Canyon Rd., Bonita, CA 91902.
