David Shane, age 87, of San Diego, California passed away on Tuesday November 20, 2018. David was born January 1, 1931 in New York, to Samuel Skinkofsky and Emma (Goodman) Shinkofsky and was married to Rose (Edelson) Shane for 66 years.
David is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Rose Shane; daughter Sharon Lainas; daughter Cathi Baker (Shayne Baker); and daughter Nancy Ruby (Jim Ruby), 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. He will forever live in our hearts.
David was preceded in death by; father Samuel Skinkofsky and mother Emma Shinkofsky.
A graveside service for David will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
