Virginia Lane Cleary

Virginia Lane Cleary, 88, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2010. She was born in Washington, DC on June 18, 1922 to Col. Harry and Virginia Lane Smalley. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Dr. Harry Smalley; her daughter, Margaret Borschel. She is survived by her children, Virginia Anne Fisher and husband Gary; Michael Cleary and wife Susan, Tim Cleary; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren as well as 2 nephews. The visitation will begin on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. followed by the Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Sunset North Funeral Home, 910 North Loop 1604 East. The funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 12:15 P.M. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 20523 Huebner Rd. with Rev. Msgr. Douglas Fater as celebrant. The interment with military honors will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
