Samuel G. Tellez Jr. born July 6, 1966, went to be with the Lord on October 5, 2011 at the age of 45. He is survived by his parents Samuel & Rosa Tellez; sons Samuel Tellez III (Kimberly) , David Tellez (Corellette), Erik Tellez (Audrey), Jacob Tellez (Brianna), Adrian Tellez; grandchildren Samantha, Delilah, Evelyn, Jada, Adriana & 1 more on the way; brothers & sisters Belinda Tellez, Steven Tellez, Norma Luna, Moises Tellez and Rosanna Hernandez. A visitation will begin, Monday, October 10, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass 10:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at St. Bonaventure's Catholic Church with interment to follow in First Memorial Burial Park.
