Ruben Sanchez

Ruben V. Sanchez, born on July 5, 1949 went to be with our Lord on January 27, 2022 at the age of 72. Mr. Sanchez retired with City Of Public Service after 41 years of service; he retired in August of 2014.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Stella Sanchez; sister, Dora Vasquez and brothers-in-law, Andrew Guerra and Daniel Guerra Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Maria G. Sanchez and a step daughter, Cynthia Ann Vasquez; grandson, Luis Porfirio Vasquez; father and mother-in-law, Daniel and Mary Guerra; godson and nephew, Brandon Nicholas Rodriguez; sister-in-law Paula Rodriguez (Cesar); brother-in-law, Martin Guerra and sister-in-law,

Linda Sanchez.

He will be truly missed by family and friends and will always be remembered as a good-hearted man

The Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237 with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.

The Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at McCauley Baptist Church, 714 McCauley Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78221. Services will conclude at the church.
