Ronald Cunningham, USAF (Ret.), 68, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away November 2, 2013. He was born in Paris, Texas on June 24, 1945. Ron graduated from Alice High School and received a Bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University. After twenty-two years of service in the United States Air Force, Ron retired at the rank of Technical Sergeant. Ron became an ordained Deacon in 1997 and served in many capacities within the Baptist church for over 25 years. He is survived by his three sons, Stephen and grandson Christian; Ron, Jr. and wife Karen, grandsons Hunter and Luke; Mike and wife Melissa, grandson Jackson. Visitation is scheduled at Calvary Hills Baptist Church for Saturday, November 9, from 9:00-10:00, with funeral services following at 10:00. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Paris, Texas.
