Ramona R Navarro entered eternal rest on July 24, 2015 at the age of 90. Born in Mexico on August 31, 1924 to Tiburcio and Josefina Ramos, she now reunites with her parents; 4 sisters; and 7 brothers. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Cruz Navarro; daughter Josie Navarro; grandchildren: Rocio Yvette Pizano, Felix Pizano Jr., Jose Luis Pizano, Joe Cruz Pizano; siblings, Esperanza Trevino and Juan Ramos; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Ramona will be remembered for her tasteful Mexican dishes, her love of Spanish and Tejano music, sewing, and enjoying the presence of her beautiful garden. The family will be receiving guests at the funeral home on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 5:00p.m. with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart the funeral home on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in San Fernando II Mausoleum.
